Using scorecards to evaluate candidates
Scorecards help your team evaluate every candidate against the same criteria, reducing inconsistency and bias.
Creating a scorecard template
Go to a job and click Scorecard then Edit Template. Add competencies — Communication, Technical Skills, Problem Solving — and weight them by importance.
Filling out a scorecard
After an interview, interviewers receive a reminder to submit their scorecard. They rate the candidate 1 to 5 and add notes.
Reviewing results
The hiring manager sees a consolidated view with individual ratings, AI-generated summaries, and a composite score.
