Setting up your Juno account

Welcome to Juno. This guide walks you through everything you need to do to get your account ready and your first job posted.

Step 1: Complete your company profile

Go to Settings then Company and fill in your company name, website, and logo. This information appears on your careers page and in candidate-facing emails.

Step 2: Invite your team

Go to Settings then Team and invite the colleagues who will be using Juno. Assign roles: Admin, Recruiter, or Interviewer.

Step 3: Connect your calendar

Juno integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook. Connect in Settings then Integrations to enable interview scheduling directly from the platform.

Step 4: Post your first job

Go to Jobs then New Job, fill in the details, and publish. Your job will be live on your Juno careers page immediately.
