Scheduling an interview in Juno

Juno can schedule interviews directly, pulling availability from interviewers' connected calendars and sending confirmation emails to candidates automatically.

Scheduling from the candidate view

Open a candidate's profile and click Schedule Interview. Select the interview type and interviewers. Juno will show overlapping availability.

Sending the invite

Select a time slot and click Send Invite. The candidate receives a calendar invitation with video link and a confirmation email.

Rescheduling

Open the interview and click Reschedule. Juno recalculates availability and sends updated invitations to everyone.
