Inviting team members and setting permissions

Juno has three roles: Admin, Recruiter, and Interviewer. Understanding the difference helps you give people the right access.

Role comparison

  • Admin: full access including billing, settings, and team management
  • Recruiter: can create and manage jobs, view all candidates, send offers
  • Interviewer: can view assigned candidates and submit scorecards only

How to invite someone

Go to Settings then Team then Invite Member. Enter their email and select a role. They'll receive a link to create their account. Invitations expire after 7 days.
