Troubleshooting

Issue

Solution

"Email already in use"

User has existing Juno account with that email—contact support to merge

Invitation stuck "Pending"

Ask user to check spam/junk folders for "noreply@usejuno.io"

Wrong role assigned

Super Admin/Admin can modify role anytime in Team > Members without re-inviting

External recruiter needs limited access

Use Invited Member role (expires automatically, limited visibility)
