Editing Your Company Profile
Overview
You can update your company’s basic information, branding, and workspace preferences from the Company Profile page.
Step 1: Navigate to Company Profile
Log in to Juno.
Click Settings in the main navigation.
Select the Company Profile tab.
This page allows you to manage your company details, branding, and default workspace provider.
Company Details
Company Name
Update your Company Name to reflect how your organization should appear on your job board and candidate-facing pages.
Country
Select the country where your company operates. This helps ensure the correct formatting and localization across your workspace.
Company Key
Your Company Key is used in your job board URL.
Example:
jobs.usejuno.io/your-company-key
This value is typically set during onboarding and should only be changed if necessary, as it affects public links.
Company Branding
Company Logo
Your logo appears on:
Your job board
Candidate-facing pages
Public links and communications
To update your logo:
Click Change Logo.
Upload a file (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or SVG).
Save your changes.
For best results:
Use a high-quality image.
Ensure the logo is clear and centered.
Brand Colors (Job Board)
Brand colors are applied to:
Buttons
Links
Highlight elements on your job board
You can set:
Light mode color
Dark mode color
Enter your brand color using a hex code or the color picker.
About Company
Use the About Company section to introduce your organization to candidates.
You can include:
A company overview
Mission or values
Culture highlights
Benefits or perks
The editor supports:
Formatting (bold, headings, lists)
Links
Structured text
This content appears on your job board and helps candidates understand your company.
Default Workspace Provider
The Default Workspace Provider determines which integration your organization primarily uses.
Options include:
None
Google
Microsoft
This setting helps Juno optimize scheduling, email, and meeting workflows based on your environment.
To change it:
Open the dropdown.
Select your preferred provider.
Save changes if prompted.
Saving Changes
After making updates:
Review your changes carefully.
Ensure logos and colors appear correctly.
Save or confirm updates if required.
Changes to branding and company details may immediately affect your job board and public pages.
