How to setup Google Integrations ( Google Drive, Google Calendar )

Getting Started

To get started with Juno, we recommend connecting Google Calendar and Google Drive.

These integrations help streamline interview scheduling, document sharing, and collaboration from the beginning.

Both Google Calendar and Google Drive are part of Google Workspace, and each feature must be connected separately by clicking Connect in Juno.

Section Overview

Google Integration Overview

Juno integrates with Google Calendar and Google Drive to enable key features used in hiring and interview workflows.

You will see separate Connect buttons for:

  • Google Calendar

  • Google Drive

Each service must be connected to use its related features.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar allows Juno to:

  • Check interviewer availability.

  • Schedule interviews.

  • Create and update calendar events.

  • Send calendar invitations to participants.

Without connecting Google Calendar, interview scheduling features will be limited.

Google Drive

Connecting Google Drive allows Juno to:

  • Store and organize candidate-related files.

  • Upload and access documents within Juno.

  • Share files with relevant team members.

Without connecting Google Drive, file storage and document access features will be limited.

Scopes (Permissions)

When connecting Google Calendar or Google Drive, Juno requests only the permissions required to support the selected feature.

Google Calendar Permissions

  • View calendar availability.

  • Create and update calendar events.

  • Send invitations to meeting participants.

Google Drive Permissions

  • Upload and store files related to candidates and interviews.

  • Access and manage files created or uploaded through Juno.

Juno only accesses the data necessary to provide these features and does not modify unrelated files, calendars, or data.
